Au contraire, c\u2019est\u00a0s\u2019exposer de fa\u00e7on non d\u00e9cid\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u2019autres \u00ab\u202fimpacts \u00e9motionnels\u202f\u00bb non pr\u00e9vus, alors qu\u2019en d\u00e9cidant de plonger t\u00eate premi\u00e8re vous l\u2019avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9, et cela permet de plonger pour mieux remonter.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>...<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C'est une\u00a0<strong>m\u00e9taphore<\/strong> que j\u2019aime bien placer, quand je parle d\u2019<strong>effet cathartique<\/strong> : Il est tout simplement<strong>\u00a0plus facile<\/strong> de remonter du fond d\u2019une piscine en prenant le sol comme point d\u2019appui, que d\u2019agiter les bras et jambes dans\u00a0tous les sens, donc en d\u00e9pensant beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Quand on arrive \u00e0 mettre la t\u00eate hors de l\u2019eau,\u00a0on a presque plus assez d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour atteindre le bord de la piscine\u00a0et remonter \u00e0 l'air libre.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maintenant, si votre temp\u00e9rament est majoritairement d\u00e9pressif \u00e0 la base, la technique de bien aller au fond pour remonter peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer dangereux pour vous-m\u00eame. La question serait sans doute \u00e0 poser \u00e0 un <strong>m\u00e9decin<\/strong>. Pour ma part, j'ai toujours trouv\u00e9 que \u00e7a marchait mieux que de me d\u00e9battre dans le vide (ou bien l\u2019eau en l\u2019occurrence).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>...<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quand on va mal<\/strong>, on cherche \u00e0 reprendre de l\u2019air. <strong>Soit on \u00e9limine<\/strong>\u00a0la charge \u00e9motionnelle n\u00e9gative par des actions cathartiques, <strong>soit on se charge<\/strong> d\u2019\u00e9motions positives qui vont petit \u00e0 petit remplacer les n\u00e9gatives.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consulter (passivement)\u00a0des\u00a0contenus\u00a0qui nous\u00a0renforcent le mal est cathartique, mais <strong>vous pouvez aussi\u00a0r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8re active en cr\u00e9er des choses positives<\/strong>, qui vont remplacer l\u2019\u00e9motion n\u00e9gative\u00a0par celle de l\u2019accomplissement personnel, de\u00a0la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 du partage ou bien encore la satisfaction d\u2019avoir choisi une solution cr\u00e9ative plut\u00f4t que destructrice.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>...<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En clair,<\/strong> si votre patron vous porte sur le syst\u00e8me\u202f: vous pouvez soit le dessiner en accentuant son c\u00f4t\u00e9 mal\u00e9fique, soit le\u00a0dessiner en maillot\u00a0de bain ridicule pour en rire.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">...
